Our amenities include; rec center with workout facility, eat in kitchen, pool tables, and kid zone.  Outside will be a dog wash station, lap pool, leisure pool and a hot tub.  

We will offer over 27 acres of open space with 2 playing fields, a park, playground and over 1 mile of paved walking trails. We will cover all of your closing costs if you use a preferred lender.
